Qorvo CMD298C4 17GHz to 25GHz Low Noise Amplifier is a highly efficient GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a leadless 4mm x4mm surface mount package. The CMD298C4 suits communication systems and electronic warfare (EW) that require a small size and low power consumption. The device optimizes performance for 21GHz, delivering over 27dB of gain with a 1.4dB noise figure and a +8dBm output 1dB compression point. The Qorvo CMD298C4 features a 50Ω matched design, eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
