Superviseurs de tension de précision TPS3850/TPS3851

Les superviseurs de tension de précision TPS3850/TPS3851 de Texas Instruments combinent un superviseur de tension de précision avec un minuteur watchdog à fenêtre programmable. Le comparateur à fenêtre TPS3850/TPS3851 atteint une précision de 0,8 % (–40 °C à +125 °C) pour les seuils de surtension (VIT+(OV)) et de sous-tension (VIT– seuils(UV)). Le TPS3850/TPS3851 inclut également une hystérésis précise sur les deux seuils, ce qui rend ce composant idéal pour un usage avec les systèmes aux tolérances étroites. Le délai de RÉINITIALISATION du superviseur peut être réglé à l'aide des paramètres par défaut programmés en usine ou programmé par un condensateur externe. Le délai de RÉINITIALISATION programmé en usine dispose d'un minutage de haute précision du délai avec une précision de 15 %. Le TPS3850/TPS3851 comprend un minuteur watchdog à fenêtre programmable pour un vaste éventail d'applications. La sortie watchdog dédiée (WDO) permet une meilleure résolution afin de déterminer la nature des défaillances. Les dispositifs TPS3850-Q1 sont homologués AEC-Q100 pour les applications automobiles.
