EVAL-HMC425A Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-HMC425A Evaluation Board demonstrates the features of the 2.2-8GHz HMC425A 6-Bit Digital Positive Control Attenuator. The board uses RF circuit design techniques. The signal lines of the EVAL-HMC425A board operate at 50Ω impedance when package ground leads and exposed pad are connected directly to the ground plane. A sufficient number of via holes are provided to connect the top and bottom ground planes.
