SN74LV8T240/SN74LV8T240-Q1 Tampons/pilotes octaux

Les tampons/pilotes inverseurs octaux SN74LV8T240/SN74LV8T240-Q1 de Texas Instruments contiennent huit pilotes de ligne inverseurs indépendants avec des sorties à 3 états. Chaque canal exécute la fonction booléenne Y = A en logique positive. Les canaux sont regroupés en quatre ensembles, avec une broche OE contrôlant chacun. Les sorties peuvent être mises dans un état hi-Z en appliquant un niveau haut sur la broche OE associée.
