ADL8107 Low Noise Amplifier
Analog Devices Inc. ADL8107 Low Noise Amplifier is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave IC (MMIC). The amplifier features a pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise, wideband, and high linearity amplifier that operates from 6GHz to 18GHz. The ADL8107 provides a typical gain of 24dB at 7GHz to 16GHz.
