Superviseurs de tension Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1

Les superviseurs à haute tension d’entrée Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 de Texas Instruments sont fournis avec une large Ven qui permet la surveillance des rails ou batteries 9 V sans composants externes et des rails 24 V avec résistances externes. Nano-Iq prolonge la durée de vie de la batterie pour les applications de faible puissance et minimise la consommation de courant en utilisant des résistances externes. Un délai de démarrage rapide permet la détection d'une erreur de tension avant que le reste du système soit alimenté, offrant une sécurité maximale dans des conditions dangereuses de démarrage défaillants. La faible puissance de réinitialisation (VPOR) empêche les fausses réinitialisations, l'activation ou le démarrage prématuré du prochain périphérique, et un bon contrôle transistor lors du démarrage et de l'arrêt.
