CI protecteurs de batterie Li-Ion empilables bq7790x

Les CI protecteurs de batterie Li-Ion empilables des séries 3 à 5 bq7790x de Texas Instruments sont des protecteurs de blocs batteries à faible consommation qui mettent en œuvre un ensemble de protections par rapport à la tension, au courant et à la température. Ces protections sont toutes effectuées sans le contrôle du microcontrôleur (MCU). Les seuils de protection et les délais sont programmés en usine et disponibles dans un éventail de configurations. Des seuils séparés pour les limites de température haute et basse pour la décharge (OTD et UTD) et la charge (OTC et UTC) sont fournis pour une flexibilité supplémentaire. Ces composants offrent une protection de bloc via des pilotes NMOS FET côté bas CHG et DSG indépendants et intégrés, qui peuvent être désactivés via deux broches de commande.
