Convertisseurs Boost/SEPIC/inverseurs à faible IQ LT8365

Les convertisseurs Boost/SEPIC/inverseurs à faible IQ LT8365 d’Analog Devices Inc. disposent d’un fonctionnement de commutateur de 1,5 A, 150 V à partir d’une entrée de 2,8 V à 60 V. Les convertisseurs disposent     d'une architecture de broche de rétroaction unique en configurations boost, SEPIC ou inverses. Le fonctionnement en Burst Strip  consomme jusqu’à 9µA de courant de repos   pour maintenir un haut rendement à de faibles courants de sortie tout en maintenant l’ondulation de sortie standard inférieure à 15 mV.
