ABLIC S-19243E00A Voltage Regulator

ABLIC S-19243E00A Voltage Regulator is a positive voltage regulator developed using high-withstand CMOS process technology. This regulator operates at a maximum 10V input voltage and 125°C temperature and offers 500mA output current. The S-19243E00A regulator includes the soft-start function to adjust the output voltage rising time at power-on or when the ON/OFF pin is set to ON. This regulator consists of a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat. The S-19243E00A is available in an HSOP-8A package. This regulator is used in home electric appliances and automotive applications.
