Bourns DC Surge Protective Devices

Bourns DC Power Surge Protective Devices product line includes Model 1320 and 1420 series DC Power SPDs. The model 1320 Series features DIN Rail mountable DC Power SPDs designed to protect systems operating at 48V_DC, 75V_DC, and 110V_DC, and provide a maximum discharge current rating of up to 40kA (8/20μs). Bourns model 1420 series DC Power SPDs protect photovoltaic systems operating up to 1200V_DC. The model 1420 Series incorporates a hybrid MOV/GDT design to provide an enhanced level of protection and long-term performance. These DIN Rail mountable devices offer a maximum lightning surge current rating of 40kA (8/20μs) per pole. Both series are recognized per UL 1449 3rd edition and IEC 61643-1.
