Comchip Technology ACZRT55C-G Automotive Zener Diodes

Comchip Technology ACZRT55C-G Automotive Zener Diodes are housed in a SOT-23 package and planar die constructed. These Zener diodes offer 350mW power dissipation and 0.9V of the forward voltage at a 10mA current. The ACZRT55C-G Zener diodes are RoHS compliant, AEC-Q101 qualified, and ideal for automated assembly processes.
