Diodes Incorporated MBR2045C Schottky Rectifiers
Diodes Incorporated MBR2045C Schottky Rectifiers are used in switch-mode power supplies and power converters. These high-efficiency power rectifiers operate in a medium voltage range with low switching losses and low noise. The MBR2045C is available in TO-220-3 and TO-220F-3 packages. The MBR2045C features high surge current capability, guard ring for stress protection, low forward voltage, and others.
