Diodes Incorporated US3M SMD Ultra-Fast Rectifier
Diodes Incorporated US3M SMD Ultra-Fast Rectifier is a glass passivated rectifier in the SMC package. The glass passivated die construction offers high reliability, ideal for power supplies and lighting ballasts. The US3M rectifier features high current capability, ultra-fast recovery time, and high efficiency. This rectifier operates at 1000VRRM, 3A IO, 1.8VF, and 10µA IR.
The US3M SMD ultra-fast rectifiers feature case material of molded plastic. The UL flammability classification rating is 94V-0 and MSL level 1 per J-STD-020D. This rectifier provides terminals with lead-free plating (matte tin finish), solderable per MIL-STD-202 (Method 208). The terminals are of cathode band/ cathode notch polarity.
