Guerrilla RF GRF2114 Linear Driver
Guerrilla RF GRF2114 Linear Driver is designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance applications. The GRF2114 linear driver has flexible bias voltage and current and comes with GaAs pHEMT process. This driver operates with a 6V maximum supply voltage range and a -40°C to 105°C operating temperature range. The Guerrilla RF GRF2114 driver functions at high linearity applications below 2GHz. This linear driver includes a 0.1GHz to 2.7GHz tuning frequency range and a 2mmx 2mm dimension. Typical applications include small cells, cellular repeaters, cellular infrastructure, Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM), and Very High Frequency (VHF) and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) applications.Features
