Guerrilla RF GRF5226 High Gain Linear Driver
Guerrilla RF GRF5226 High Gain Linear Driver is a high-performance three-stage driver amplifier designed for 2.3GHz to 3GHz band wireless infrastructure applications. This amplifier delivers strong performance metrics of up to 29.8dBm of OP1dB, 37dBm of OIP3, and a low Noise Figure (NF) of less than 4.1dB over its targeted band of operation. The GRF5226 linear driver is designed for 50Ω systems, typically requires only a two-element shunt-series match on the output port. For optimal efficiency and linearity, the amplifier is designed to operate with a single 5V supply voltage using 85mA to 105mA of quiescent current. The bias current (IDDQ) can be increased beyond the default setting for enhanced linearity. The GRF5226 amplifier is ideal for linear driver/pre-driver amplifiers, modern wireless infrastructure, 5G Sub-6GHz massive MIMO base stations, and small cells and cellular repeaters.Features
