KEMET ESD-Rated Surface-Mount Capacitors

KEMET ESD-Rated Commercial and Automotive Grade Surface-Mount Capacitors are ESD qualified per HBM AEC-Q200–002. These capacitors are ideal for applications where Electro Static Discharge (ESD) events during assembly or operation could damage the capacitor or the circuit. They feature a capacitance range from 1nF to 220nF and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. KEMET ESD capacitors are available in a variety of package sizes with a choice of C0G or X7R dielectric.

    • 100% pure matte tin-plated termination finish for excellent solderability
    • Non-polar devices, minimizing installation concerns
