Littelfuse TPSMD 3000W SMT Automotive TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TPSMD 3000W SMT Automotive TVS Diodes feature 3000W peak pulse power dissipation to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These 3000W diodes provide reliable protection in a surface-mount, low-profile package. Littelfuse TPSMD diodes offer excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance and are AEC-Q101 qualified. Applications include I/O interfaces, telecom, industrial, consumer electronics, and more.
