Microchip Technology EMC1438 Temperature Sensors

Microchip Technology EMC1438 Temperature Sensors are high-accuracy, low-cost, and System Management Bus (SMBus) temperature sensors. These sensors provide a programmable system shutdown feature at part power-up via a single TRIP_SET voltage channel. The EMC1438 temperature sensors feature Resistance Error Correction (REC), beta compensation, and automatic diode type detection. These sensors are designed to support advanced CPU diodes and diodes requiring the BJT or transistor model. Typical applications include notebook computers, desktops, industrial, and embedded systems.
