L'égaliseur coaxial asymétrique 6,25 Gbit/s EQCO62X20 de Microchip est un ensemble pilote/égaliseur formant une liaison de communication bidirectionnelle en full duplex sur un simple câble coaxial. Le chipset EQCO62X20 est conçu pour transporter jusqu'à 6,25 Gbit/s sur un canal de liaison descendante et jusqu'à 21 Mbit/s sur un canal à liaison montante. L'EQCO62R20 est conçu pour recevoir le signal descendant jusqu'à 6,25 Gbit/s et transmettre le signal montant. L'alimentation peut être transférée sur le même câble via des inducteurs externes. Le chipset est conçu pour fonctionner avec plusieurs types de câbles coaxiaux 75 Ω, notamment les câbles hérités de même que les câbles légers flexibles et minces.
