Microchip Technology SST25WF040B/80B SPI Serial Flash Memory
Microchip Technology SST25WF040B/80B SPI Serial Flash Memory chips are designed with a four-wire, SPI-compatible interface that allows for a low pin-count package. These serial flash occupy minimum board space and lowers total system costs. The SST25WF040B/80B serial flash memory chips are manufactured using high-performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. To attain better reliability, these serial flash chips have a split-gate design and a thick-oxide tunneling injector.The SST25WF040B/80B serial flash memory writes (program or erase) with a single power supply of 1.65V to 1.95V. These serial flash chips utilize SuperFlash technology to consume less current to program and a shorter erase time. This reduces the total energy consumption during any erase or program operation. Microchip Technology SST25WF040B/80B SPI Serial Flash Memory chips are available in 8-lead SOIC and 8-contact USON packages.
