Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVCS1805 Evaluation Boards

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVCS1805 Evaluation Boards showcase the MCS1805 series for AC or DC sensing with integrated over-current detection (OCD). Its differential Hall array cancels stray magnetic fields, ensuring accuracy. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MCS1805 series supports 3.3V or 5V power supplies and measures currents from 5A to 50A. The output voltage (VOUT) is proportional to the current through the primary conductor. With galvanic isolation between the primary path and sensor leads, the MCS1805 can replace optoisolators or other costly isolation devices. It is offered in a compact SOIC-8 package.
