Qorvo QPA1022DEVB Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA1022DEVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA1022D. The QPA1022D 8.5GHz to 11GHz 4W GaN Power Amplifier is fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15µm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA1022D features >4W saturated output power and 24dB large-signal gain while achieving >40% power-added efficiency.
The QPA1022DEVB Evaluation Board is made from Rogers 4003C dielectric at an 8mm thickness with 0.5oz copper on both sides.
