Syfer / Knowles AEC-Q200 FlexiCap™ MLCCs

Syfer / Knowles AEC-Q200 FlexiCap™ MLCCs are suitable for harsh automotive environments. These FlexiCap MLCCs range up to a 1kV voltage rating for the requirements of modern automotive applications. The AEC-Q200 MLCCs ranges include standard MLCCs, StackiCap™ MLCCs, open mode, and tandem capacitors, and 3-terminal EMI components. These MLCCs operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C. The AEC-Q200 FlexiCap MLCCs feature high reliability, flexible termination, and protection from short circuit failures. Typical applications include DC/DC converters, battery management, PTC heater controllers, DC/AC converters, automotive manufacturers, EVs, and HEV.
