Winbond W74M Storage Flash Memory ICs

Winbond W74M Storage Flash Memory ICs provide a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power. These ICs have a standard Hash-based Message Authentication Code (HMAC) SHA-256 crypto accelerator and four separate Monotonic Flash Counters. The W25R devices offer flexibility and performance well beyond ordinary Serial Flash devices. These ICs are ideal for code shadowing to RAM, executing code directly from Dual/Quad SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, and data. The W74M security products also provide enhanced security to gateways, sensors, doorbells, and cameras. These devices operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 1.7V to 3.6V voltage range. The Winbond W74M products comprise of 2Gb, 1Gb, 512Mb, 256Mb, 128Mb, 64Mb, and 0Mb flash density. Typical applications include emerging IoT demanding, multi-layered authenticity, mobile accessories, home automation, industrial control, and smart home.
