WeEn Semiconductors Triacs à haute commutation et 3 quadrants BTA420 NXP

Les triacs planaires passivés à haute commutation et trois quadrants de NXP Semiconductors sont destinés à être utilisés dans des circuits dans lesquels un dV/dt statique et dynamique élevé et un dI/dt élevé peuvent se produire. Les triacs de série BTA420 commuteront l'intégralité du courant RMS à température de jonction nominale maximale (Tj (max)= 150 °C) sans l'aide d'un circuit suppresseur. Ils sont utilisés dans des applications dans lesquelles une capacité de fonctionnement à haute température de jonction est nécessaire.
