THB High Efficiency DC Axial Fans

Delta Electronics THB High-Efficiency Axial DC Fans are designed for high efficiency and low power consumption with less vibration than similar fans. In addition to rotor blades, high-performance THB fans have stationary blades to regulate high-density airflow and improve efficiency and pressure. These fans offer a rigid die-cast aluminum frame, PWM signal speed control, speed signal output, and high reliability at 100Khrs at +40°C. Delta Electronics THB high-efficiency fans feature a highly reliable ball-bearing system ideal for telecom and other industrial applications.

Industrial Fans

Delta Electronics Industrial Fans offer IP ratings up to IP68, increased airflow ratings, and enhanced operating life. These fans feature an impeller and frame design that maximizes performance and operational reliability while reducing inefficiencies. A long operating life is achieved with these fans by utilizing a metal frame, redesigned motor, and PWBA to enhance efficiency and reduce current, strategically placed air vents, and ceramic bearings to ward against electric erosion. Delta Electronics Industrial Fans are designed for use in Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), energy, and harsh environments, including applications such as factory automation, solar inverter systems, motor drivers, and battery storage/backup systems.

Pulse Width Modulation Fans

Delta Electronics Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Fans regulate the voltage signal between fully on and fully off, controlling the speed of a fan with low power loss in the switching device. When a switch is off, there is practically no current, and when it is on, there is almost no voltage drop across the switch. As a result, power loss is close to zero. Delta Electronics PWM Fans offer a wide range of airflow options as well as heights and widths.

High-Efficiency Low Power Consumption Fans

Delta Electronics High-Efficiency Low Power Consumption Fans are created using state-of-the-art equipment such as computerized CNC machines, anechoic chambers, and wind tunnels. This equipment allows the development of high-quality, high-efficiency, and low-noise DC fans. Strict in-house verification processes compliant with IEC 60529 and IEC 68-2-52 / Bellcore GR-487 are used for environmental protection testing. Delta Electronics High-Efficiency Low Power Consumption Fans feature PWM signal speed control, speed signal output, and high reliability.

Delta Electronics Telecom Thermal Solutions feature fans that offer high reliability, a long life, and IP protection for telecom applications. The fans feature a next-generation bionic blade structure, which provides excellent PQ performance and low noise levels to meet the target of 3dBA to 5dBA airflow. An advanced motor driving technology and structure deliver high fan efficiency beyond industry standards. Delta Electronics offers a total thermal solution through its thermal and design engineering experience and integrated manufacturing capability.

THD PWM DC Axial Fans

Delta THD PWM DC Axial Fans feature low noise, high-performance, high-efficiency, a high strength blade, and advanced motor drive technology. The tubeaxial fans are a ball bearing type with a plastic (UL 94V-0) blade and four wire leads. The fans operate in a current rating range of 0.55A to 8.00A, 10.2VDC to 75VDC voltage range, and a 26.40W to 384.0W power range. The THD fans feature low switching noise of 60dB(A) to 78.5dB(A) and rotate at a rate of 7400RPM to 9500RPM. These fans also offer new bionic blades that optimize fan efficiency and reduces noise up to 6dBA.

Networking Thermal Solutions

Delta Electronics Networking Thermal Solutions are designed to meet the needs of industrial networking devices. The fans feature high density, a high-speed port, high performance while achieving low acoustic noise, and low power consumption for the concern on energy saving.
