TPS7A30 Ultra-Low Noise Linear Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS7A30 Ultra-Low Noise Low-Dropout Linear Regulators are negative, high-voltage, ultra-low noise linear regulators that can source a maximum load of 200mA. These devices include a CMOS logic-level-compatible enable pin and capacitor-programmable soft-start function that allows for customized power-management schemes.
