Texas Instruments TPS7B6350EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of TPS7B6350-Q1 watchdog LDO. The TPS7B6350-Q1 is a monolithic integrated 40V 300mA watchdog LDO in the HTSSOP-16 package. This LDO is designed to monitor microcontroller or microprocessor power supply applications in an automotive environment. The evaluation module contains one LDO linear regulator (TPS7B6350QPWPRQ1) IC. Numerous test points and jumpers are provided to allow the designer to evaluate the many features of the TPS7B6350-Q1.

TPS7B63-Q1 High-Voltage Watchdog LDO Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS7B63-Q1 High-Voltage Watchdog LDO Regulator has a watchdog that is used to monitor the microcontroller working status to prevent software runaway. It is necessary for the watchdog to be independent of the microcontroller in a reliable system. The TPS7B63-Q1 devices are 300mA watchdog LDOs designed for an operating voltage up to 40V, with a typical quiescent current of only 19µA at light load. Each device integrates a programmable function for selecting a window watchdog or standard watchdog, with an external resistor to set the watchdog time within 9% accuracy. The device features integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection. The combination of such features makes these devices particularly flexible and suitable to supply microcontroller in automotive applications.
