These rectifiers feature ESD capability and a wide 10A to 20A range of current ratings. The series is offered in a surface-mounted TO-263AC package with a low 1.7mm profile (typical) and compatibility with the D2PAK footprint. Vishay eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in SMPD (TO-263AC) standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions.

Vishay eSMP Series Surface Mount ESD Capability Rectifiers are designed for power line polarity protection in consumer and automotive applications. These new 100V to 600V standard rectifiers combine ESD capability with a wide range of current ratings from 10A to 20A. The devices' SMPD (TO-263AC) package features an extremely low profile with a typical height of 1.7mm, and is compatible with the D2PAK footprint.
