STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps to be used on a wide range of applications.

Low Power Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps include several series covering different voltage ranges. The portfolio features a large variety of power consumption and gain bandwidth combinations. STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps solutions include widely used devices, but also provide upgrade options. These include better accuracy, a standby feature, and small packages.

Rail-to-Rail Input/Output CMOS Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Rail-to-Rail Input/Output CMOS Op Amps are new micropower operational amplifiers that extend battery lifetime and offer high accuracy at low voltages. These Rail-to-Rail Input/Output CMOS Op Amps are ideal candidates for those seeking the best compromise between power, bandwidth and precision. STMicroelectronics Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Op Amps are processed in pure CMOS technology and they are housed in tiny packages for board space saving. The STMicroelectronics TSV61x CMOS op amp has a gain bandwidth product of 120 kHz while consuming only 10µA at 5V. The TSV61x also features ultra-low input bias and low input offset voltage, making it ideal for sensor interfaces, and battery supplied and portable applications as well as active filtering. The STMicroelectronics TSV629x CMOS op amp features an excellent speed / power consumption ratio, offering a 420 kHz gain bandwidth while consuming only 29µA at a 5V supply voltage. The TSV629x is unity gain stable for capacitive loads up to 100 pF and extends the battery life of battery-powered devices. The STMicroelectronics TSV639x CMOS op amp offers excellent speed / power consumption ratio, 2.4 MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V. The TSV639x also features an ultra-low input bias current and a shutdown mode in the TSV6393 and TSV6395. The TSV639x is ideal for sensor interfaces and battery supplied and portable applications as well as active filtering.
