Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps to be used on a wide range of applications.

Low Power Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps include several series covering different voltage ranges. The portfolio features a large variety of power consumption and gain bandwidth combinations. STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps solutions include widely used devices, but also provide upgrade options. These include better accuracy, a standby feature, and small packages.

Automotive Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps are used for a variety of industrial and automotive applications. The op-amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

TSX711/TSX711A Low-Power Precision Op Amp

STMicroelectronics TSX711/TSX711A Low-Power Precision Op Amp is a single, operational amplifier that offers high precision functioning with low input offset voltage down to 200μV maximum at 25°C. In addition, its rail-to-rail input and output functionality allows this product to be used on full range input and output without limitation. This is particularly useful for a low voltage supply such as 2.7V that the TSX711/TSX711A is able to operate with. Thus, the TSX711/TSX711A has the advantage of offering a large span of supply voltages, ranging from 2.7V to 16V. It can be used for multiple applications with a unique reference. Low input bias current performance makes the TSX711/TSX711A perfect when used for signal conditioning for sensor interface applications. In addition, low-side and high-side current measurements can be easily made thanks to rail-to-rail functionality. High ESD tolerance (4kV HBM) and a wide temperature range make the TSX711/TSX711A ideal for the automotive market segment.
