1489 Type 12 Mild Steel Pushbutton Enclosures

Hammond Manufacturing 1489 Series Type 12 Mild Steel Pushbutton Enclosures meet UL 508A standards and are designed to accept standard heavy-duty, oil-tight pushbuttons, switches, and pilot lights. These enclosures feature formed 14-gauge steel construction with smooth, continuously welded seams that provide protection from dirt, dust, oil, and water. Welded brackets provide for enclosure mounting, and the hinged cover is secured with captive, plated steel screws that fasten into threaded sealed walls. Hammond Manufacturing 1489 Series Type 12 Mild Steel Pushbutton Enclosures include a removable 14-gauge inner panel, a bonding stud on the door, and a grounding stud in the enclosure.
