NCD57000 & NCD57001 High Current IGBT Drivers

onsemi NCD57000 and NCD57001 High Current IGBT Drivers are single-channel IGBT Gate Drivers with internal galvanic isolation, designed for high system efficiency and reliability in high-power applications. The NCD57000 and NCD57001 IGBT Drivers feature complementary inputs, open-drain FAULT, and ready outputs, active Miller clamp, accurate UVLOs, DESAT protection, and soft turn-off at DESAT. The NCD57000 IGBT Driver also offers separate high and low (OUTH and OUTL) driver outputs for system design flexibility and convenience.
