SDR High Anti-Surge Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor SDR High Anti-Surge Chip Resistors employ resistive elements that are uniquely structured, having a high tolerance to the surge. These automotive grade resistors offer a guaranteed 0.3W or 0.5W power rating in a 0603 or 0805 size SMD package. The SDR series chip resistors operate between -55°C to 155°C temperature range and feature a 10Ω to 1MΩ resistance range. These RoHS-compliant high anti-surge chip resistors are well suited for high-reliability sets and circuits.
