KT Reed Relays

MEDER electronic KT Reed Relays are capable of switching up to 1kVDC and offer high isolation voltage and low leakage currents in a compact THT or SMD housing. These high-voltage relays have a breakdown voltage of 4.2kVDC, an isolation voltage of up to 7kVDC, and high insulation resistance. MEDER electronic KT Reed Relays are tested in accordance with AEC-Q200 and UL listed. Typical applications include automotive, battery management systems, photovoltaic inverters, and isolation measurement.
