Dispositifs de protection contre les surtensions BQ2945xy

Les dispositifs de protection contre les surtensions BQ2945xy de Texas Instruments sont des moniteurs et des protecteurs de tension de niveau secondaire pour les systèmes de blocs de batteries Li-ion. Chaque cellule du BQ2945xy est surveillée indépendamment en cas de surtension. De plus, la configuration sur les dispositifs facilite le déclenchement de la sortie après un délai fixe si l'une des deux ou trois cellules présente une condition de surtension. Cette sortie est initiée dans un état élevé après qu'une condition de surtension atteigne le minuteur de délai spécifié.
