Microchip Technology dsPIC33CH512MP508 Motor Control Plug-In Module (PIM) demonstrates the capabilities of the dsPIC33CH512MP508 family of digital signal controllers. The dsPIC33CH512MP508 consists of Master and Slave Digital Signal Controller (DSC) cores that run independently at different device frequencies. This motor control PIM takes advantage of the high-resolution PWM peripheral in the Slave core of the device. The PWM enables motor control applications and other peripherals, such as the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC).
