MINI MCR Analog Family

Phoenix Contact MINI MCR Analog Family has a 6.2mm thin housing and T-bus power bus capabilities that save space and drastically reduce installation time. The hot-swappable signal conditioning slices simply clip onto the powering T-bus connector without removing bus bars or bridging. Optional quick cabling solutions from Phoenix Contact are also available to interface the MINI Analog modules to controllers, greatly reducing installation time.

Terminal Blocks

Phoenix Contact offers an expansive selection of thousands of pluggable, DIN-rail, and fixed terminal blocks. In addition, Phoenix Contact has a broad range of terminal block accessories, including electronic housings, fuse blocks, markers, bridges and jumpers, and tools to meet the high demands of signal, data, and power connectivity applications.

MINI Analog Isolating Amplifiers

Phoenix Contact MINI Analog Isolating Amplifiers isolate, convert, filter, and amplify analog signals. The ultra-compact amplifiers provide space-saving with a width of only 6.2mm, allowing the modules to be installed in 120mm deep control enclosures. These amplifiers feature low power consumption due to their innovative circuit design. Less heat provides long life and high energy efficiency. Many of the modules are configurable. No software is needed for configuration due to the DIP switches on the side. Three-way isolation between input, output, and supply increases operational reliability. The newest addition to the Phoenix Contact MINI MCR family is a configurable temperature transducer with 3-way isolation.

MINI MCR-SL-F Analog Transducers

Phoenix Contact MINI MCR-SL-F Analog transducers are product lines to include the new MINI MCR-SL-F analog transducer that converts measured signals from a variety of input sources into a linear current or voltage signal. The MINI MCR-SL-F analog transducer from Phoenix accommodates inputs from dry relay contacts, NAMUR sensors, NPN, and PNP signals. The main features of the transducer include an easy dip-switch programmable setup, including a teach-in wheel for accurate input range, wide power circuit input range of 9.6V_DC to 30V_DC. Other features include a low transmission error of 0.1% for a high level of accuracy, fault monitoring of over range, under range, line break, and short circuits.
