Ezurio BL54L15 BLUETOOTH® Modules
Ezurio BL54L15 BLUETOOTH® Modules are powered by the Nordic semiconductor's nRF54L15 System on Chip (SoC). These modules support multi-protocols such as Bluetooth® core 6.0 LE and 802.15.4 (Thread/Matter). The BL54L15 modules feature a 128MHz Arm® Cortex® M33, 128MHz RISC-V co-processor, 1.5Mb non-volatile memory, up to +8dBm maximum transmit power and an ultra-small footprint. These modules are capable of NFC A-tag implementation. The BL54L15 modules operate within the 1.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range and are RoHS compliant. The BL54L15 modules are built on the nRF54L15 ultra-low-power wireless System-on-Chip (SoC). The nRF54L15 SoC features a 128MHz Arm® Cortex-M33 processor, integrated multi-purpose MCU functionality, 1.5MB NVM, and 256KB RAM.
The BL54L15 modules are designed for PSA-certified level 3 with secure boot, secure firmware update, and secure storage. These modules are certified to the -40°C to 105°C industrial temperature range. The BL54L15 modules are used in applications such as building automation, security, medical peripherals, and industrial sensors.
