TE Connectivity Low Harness Conductive Elastomers

TE Connectivity's Low Harness Conductive Elastomers are Silicone-based Nickel Graphite Soft (SNGS) material engineered to provide effective EMI shielding and environmental sealing. These elastomers allow reliable sealing and shielding performance without placing stress on sensitive components or requiring high compression loads. The conductive elastomers feature 40 shore hardness, enabling effective sealing and shielding with low closure force. These elastomers support flexible design by accommodating component height variation. The conductive elastomers are available in both extrusion and molding grades and include environmental and regulatory requirements, with a PFAS-free extrusion option. Typical applications include automotive, medical, data and connectivity, energy, ADAS and automotive electronic enclosures, 4G/5G connectivity equipment, and data center hardware.
