Infineon Technologies ESD234/ESD253/ESD259 Multi-Purpose ESD Devices
Infineon Technologies ESD234/ESD253/ESD259 Multi-Purpose ESD Devices feature bi-directional and symmetric characteristics for optimized design and assembly. These devices are qualified for industrial applications and follow ESD/transient protects as per IEC61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC61000-4-5 (Surge). The ESD234/ESD253/ESD259 devices operate with very low reverse current and are available in a small form factor SMD size 0201. The ESD234 device is ideal for ESD protection of highly susceptible IC/ASICs in audio, headset, and human digital interfaces. The ESD253 device is ideal for audio speakers, 24V DC/DC port protection, wireless charging, and quick charging in mobile devices.Features
