Lime Microsystems LMS7002M FPRF Transceiver ICs offer a 3800MHz maximum frequency rating, 24.8Hz frequency resolution, and 350mA TX supply current. The LMS7002M is a field programmable RF transceiver IC with extended functionality to cover a greater range of applications and frequencies. These FPRF Transceiver ICs support both TDD and full-duplex FDD and feature lower power consumption, serial port interface, and on-chip RF calibration circuitry. Lime Microsystems LMS7002M FPRF Transceiver ICs are ideal for broadband wireless communications, cognitive radios, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).Features
