Lumileds LUXEON UV FC LEDs

Lumileds LUXEON UV FC LEDs are small, high-power density (W/cm2) ultraviolet LEDs with FlipChip platform technology in a Chip Scale Package (CSP). The UV FC LEDs contain both 1mm2 and 2mm2 die sizes designed to be reflowed onto a substrate with standard surface mount (SMT) equipment and process.

The Lumileds LUXEON UV FC LEDs enable tighter beam control and high packing density with a chip-on-board solution that eliminates wire bonds in the system. The LUXEON UV FC Line achieves high irradiance at high current density, making it ideal for cost-sensitive applications.
