Analog Devices MAX40000EVKIT/MAX40001EVKIT Evaluation Kits are fully assembled and tested PC boards that evaluate the MAX40000 or MAX40001. The Analog Devices MAX40000/MAX40001 are single comparators with internal voltage references. The MAX40000EVKIT has a push-pull output, and the MAX40001EVKIT has an open-drain output. This evaluation kit has a MAX40000ANT12+ or MAX40001ANT12+ installed, operating off a VCC supply between 1.7V and 5.5V. The installed device has an internal reference voltage of 1.252V and has a wide -0.2V to +5.7V input voltage (VIN) range.
These evaluation kits demonstrate the MAX40000ANT12+/MAX40001ANT12+ in an ultra-small, 1.1mmx0.76mm, 6-bump wafer-level package (WLP) with 0.35mm bump spacing. This evaluation kit can evaluate the entire family of MAX40000/MAX40001 comparators with 6-bump WLP options.
