Mikroe Secure 4 Click Board™
Mikroe Secure 4 Click Board™ is designed to store up to 16 keys, certificates, consumption logging, security configurations, and other types of secure data. The ATECC608A, a secure CryptoAuthentication™ device, is integrated on this click board and is equipped with an EEPROM array that stores the secure data. Mikroe Secure 4 Click Board features a cryptographic coprocessor with secure hardware-based key storage and hardware support for asymmetric sign, verify, and key agreement. The click board supports I2C interface with a flexible command set that can be used in various security applications. The ATECC608A implements a complete asymmetric key cryptographic signature solution based on the Elliptic Curve Cryptography and the ECDSA signature protocol. These asymmetric cryptographic operations are accelerated by the ATECC608A hardware that prevents the risk of key exposure which is usually found in standard microprocessors. Typical applications include storage of up to 16 keys, certificates, read-only or secret data, consumption logging, and security configurations.
