Alliance Memory Fast Asynchronous Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) devices are high-performance CMOS SRAMs designed for performance and reliability. These devices are ideal for memory applications where fast data access and simple interfacing are desired. The Fast Asynchronous SRAM modules feature low power consumption.
