These CML Microcircuits Transmitters are ideal for HF/VHF/UHF professional radios, wireless data terminals, wireless microphones, and marine/avionics radio systems. These devices feature a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range and are available in surface mount 16x or 64-lead VQFN packages.
