Comchip Technology ES5xB-HF Superfast Recovery Rectifiers feature a reverse voltage range of 50V to 600V, a 5A forward current, and a maximum recovery time of 35ns. These glass-passivated devices are offered in compact, low-profile, surface-mounted SMB/DO-214AA packages, well suited for automated assembly.
