Crystek Corporation Ultra-Low Phase Noise Oscillators

Crystek Corporation Ultra-Low Phase Noise Oscillators come in two different package sizes such as the CCHD-957 and CCHD-575. The CCHD-957 ultra-low phase noise Oscillators are designed specifically for High-Definition audio (HD audio). These oscillators feature a typical low close-in phase noise of -100dBc/Hz at 10 Hz offset and a noise floor of -169dBc/Hz. The CCHD-957 oscillators come with a "Standby Function" that shuts down the internal oscillator in addition to the output buffer being placed in Tri-State. Crystek Corporation Ultra-Low Phase Noise Oscillators are housed in a 9mm × 14 mm SMT package and operate with a +3.3V power supply.

The CCHD-575 ultra-low phase noise oscillators are the lowe jitter clock oscillators that come in a 5mm × 7.5mm package. These oscillators feature a typical phase jitter of 82fSec RMS at 100MHz. The CCHD-575 oscillators offer -90 dBc/Hz @ 10 Hz close-in phase noise. These oscillators come with an output driver that is capable of driving ±24mA which translates to ~600ps at 100MHz rise/fall time with a 15pF load.
