Diodes Incorporated AP21x1 Load & USB Switches
Diodes AP21x1 series Load and USB Switches are integrated high-side power switches that are optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. The AP21x1 family complies with USB 2.0 and are available with both polarities of Enable input. They offer current and thermal limiting, short circuit protection, controlled rise time and undervoltage lockout functionality.
